During a Real Estate Staging® Consultation,
we begin by evaluating your home against preset Staging®
standards. Based on the results of our review, we’ll give you a
Pre-Staging® written report with expert advice on how you can
maximize your selling experience by making modifications if and
where necessary. Examples of these include repairs, cleaning,
painting, replacing worn carpet, de-cluttering, etc. We can refer
you to contractors to help get the job done before your home goes
on the market. We’ll continue to help and guide you, as much or
as little as you wish, until the Pre-Staging® process is complete.
$199 flat fee, Avg. consultation 2 hours
(2,000 sq. ft. or less, call for a quote on larger homes)
Hands-On Staging®
Buyers only know what they see, not the way it’s going to be! Let
us help you prepare your home for sale, before it goes on the
market.
Our Hands-On Staging® service
is a two-step process beginning with a Real Estate
Staging® Consultation (priced separately) as described above.
After you follow and complete our recommendations to prepare your
house for sale, we will Stage® your
home, including rearranging and stylizing the furniture, artwork
and accessories to make that first impression count!
We will work within your
timeframe and budget and can do as little or as much as you
wish.
Vacant Home Staging®
Real Estate Agents know that a vacant house is the hardest house
to sell because buyers only know what they see, not the way it’s
going to be! Vacant Home Staging® will highlight your home’s
special features and make it feel warm and welcoming to potential
buyers. This service includes making arrangements for rental
furniture if and where needed. We also carry our own rental
inventory of beautiful accessories, artwork, linens, bedding, etc.
to give your home that lived-in look. We will take care of
delivery, set-up, Staging® and de-Staging® once your home is sold.
